1. Warranty Coverage:

Punisher Skateboards stands behind the quality of our products. All Punisher Skateboards are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage resulting from accidents or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance
  • Any non-manufacturing defects or issues

3. Warranty Claim Process:

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Our customer service team will assess the information provided and guide you through the warranty claim process.
  • If the claim is approved, you may be required to return the product, and we will either repair or replace it at our discretion.

4. Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product for a refund or exchange within 14 from the date of purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in unused, like-new condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
